Our Story我們的故事
Our story begins in 2019 in Hong Kong with EO Payment Merchant Services Limited — the business our founding team built. We supplied the card terminals and the E-Payment Gateway that sat behind them, with All in Pay as the acquiring bank.
Six years in payments is a particular education: terminals that had to work in the shop, settlements that had to land on time, and a merchant on the phone within minutes when they did not. That is the foundation soyes.ai is built on — we understand payments, operations, and the pressure a small business runs under every day.
That business served over 1,380 merchants across Hong Kong and the UK. Running live payments at that scale is where we learned what a small business actually needs: uptime that is not negotiable, support that answers, and hardware that holds up on a busy Saturday.
By late 2023, as the AI era arrived, we shifted our focus and our resources into AI. In 2025 we withdrew from the Hong Kong payment market and concentrated our resources on building AI in the United Kingdom.
Soyes AI Limited was incorporated in 2026 to build AI assistants that answer from a business's own product data, sync with the tools they already use like Shopify, and hand a conversation to a real person the moment it gets tricky: the kind of always-on, multilingual customer service that used to be a luxury only large corporations could afford.
我們的故事始於 2019 年香港——創辦團隊營運 EO Payment Merchant Services Limited，為商戶提供收款機， 以及背後的電子支付網關（E-Payment Gateway），收單行為 All in Pay。
六年支付業務是一種特別的訓練：收款機必須在店裡運作無誤，款項必須準時到帳，一旦出事， 商戶幾分鐘內就會找上門。這正是 soyes.ai 的根基——我們深明支付、運營， 以及小本生意每天承受的壓力。
該業務先後服務超過 1,380 間香港及英國商戶。在這個規模上處理實際交易， 讓我們清楚一盤小生意最需要什麼：不容妥協的穩定性、找得到人的支援， 以及在最旺的日子仍然撐得住的硬件。
2023 年底，隨著 AI 世代來臨，我們亦把重心與資源轉向 AI 行業。 2025 年，我們撤出香港支付市場，集中資源在英國大力發展 AI 產業。
2026 年成立 Soyes AI Limited，專注打造能根據商戶自身 產品資料回答查詢、與 Shopify 等現有系統同步、並在問題複雜時自動轉交真人跟進的 AI 助理—— 讓小本生意也能擁有過去只有大企業才負擔得起的全天候多語言客戶服務。
