Our story begins in 2019 in Hong Kong, where our predecessor company pioneered the city's E-Payment Gateway and electronic payment collection systems. With exceptional technology and reliable service, we rose to become the #2 player in Hong Kong's market — trusted by hundreds of businesses to process millions of transactions securely every day.
That deep foundation of building reliable, enterprise-grade technology is what sets soyes.ai apart. We understand payments, operations, and the real pressures SMEs face — because we've been solving those problems since before "fintech" was even a word.
In 2023, we formally founded soyes.ai — building AI assistants that answer from a business's own product data, sync with the tools they already use like Shopify, and hand a conversation to a real person the moment it gets tricky. Since launch, we have proudly served 860+ SMEs across Hong Kong and the UK, giving small businesses the kind of always-on, multilingual customer service that used to be a luxury only large corporations could afford.
我們的故事始於 2019 年香港。當年，公司前身率先在港開發 電子支付網關（E-Payment Gateway）及電子收款系統，憑藉卓越的技術實力與可靠的服務， 一度晉升為香港市場第二位，獲數百家企業信賴，每日安全處理數以百萬計的交易。
多年來建立可靠企業級技術的深厚根基，正是 soyes.ai 與眾不同之處。我們深明支付、運營及 中小企業所面對的真實挑戰——因為早在「金融科技」這個詞彙普及之前，我們已經在解決這些問題。
2023 年，我們正式創立 soyes.ai — 打造可以根據商戶自己嘅產品資料回答查詢、同 Shopify 等現有系統同步、 並喺問題棘手時自動轉俾真人跟進嘅 AI 助理。自成立至今，已成功服務超過 860 間香港及英國中小企業，等小生意都可以擁有過往 只有大企業先負擔得起嘅全天候多語言客戶服務。
