The Services are operated by the soyes.ai team ("soyes.ai", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at any time at hello@soyes.ai.

soyes.ai provides AI-powered tools that let small and medium businesses deploy chat and voice assistants, collect leads, manage a shared inbox, and book appointments. Features, plans and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business to these Terms.

The Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, renewing automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date) or as a one-time payment for a fixed 6-month or annual term, which does not renew automatically. Prices are shown on our website and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Services are provided to businesses for commercial use, are supplied digitally, and begin immediately upon activation with your consent; to the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period is waived once you start using the Services. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (a 72-hour, unused-balance guarantee on your first payment).

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular you must not:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive purposes;
• send spam, or upload content that is illegal, infringing or offensive;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services;
• use the Services to violate the privacy or rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide (including your catalogue, knowledge base and the messages of your end-users). You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the data you upload.

The Services, including all software, design and trademarks, are owned by soyes.ai or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

The Services rely on third-party providers, including AI model providers (e.g. Google Gemini) and payment processing by Paddle. Your use may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We work to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before reliance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, soyes.ai's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to others. On termination your right to use the Services ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

SOYES-SME3B (the "Model") is soyes.ai's fine-tune of a third-party, open-weight base language model (Qwen2-family, approximately 3 billion parameters), operated by soyes.ai as a hosted service. soyes.ai owns and licenses only its own fine-tuning work, the SOYES-SME3B name and the hosted deployment. The underlying base model remains subject to its own original licence, which governs and may restrict redistribution and commercial use; where that licence and these terms conflict, the base model's licence prevails. By accessing, downloading, or using the Model, you agree to the following terms in addition to the base model's licence:

1. Grant of License. soyes.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Model internally for your own business operations.
2. Restrictions. You may NOT: (a) rename, rebrand, or redistribute the Model as your own; (b) remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary notices or metadata contained within the Model files; (c) sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Model for any purpose other than your own internal use; (d) use the Model in any way that violates applicable law.
3. Attribution. Any public reference to the Model must clearly credit soyes.ai as the creator and owner.
4. No Warranty. The Model is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. soyes.ai disclaims all liability for any damages arising from use of the Model.
5. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Model in your possession.
