- Lead & contact data — information end-users submit through your assistant (e.g. name, contact, enquiry).
- Payment data — handled by Paddle; we do not store full card details.

4. AI processing4. 人工智能處理
To generate responses, content you and your end-users provide may be processed by third-party AI model providers (e.g. Google Gemini). We send only what is needed to produce a response and do not use your end-users' messages to train our own models.

5. Sharing your data5. 資料的分享
We share data only as needed: with Paddle (payments, as Merchant of Record), with AI and infrastructure providers that host or power the Services, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Data location: application data is hosted on servers in the European Union (France). Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).
