soyes.ai is billed as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

2. 72-hour money-back guarantee2. 72 小時退款保證
Because every plan includes a free trial to evaluate the Service before you pay, first-time subscribers may, within 72 hours of their initial purchase, request a refund of the unused balance — your payment minus any days already elapsed and the value of any usage beyond your free-trial allowance (charged at our standard rates). If your usage stayed within the free-trial allowance, this is effectively a full refund. This applies to your first payment for a plan only.

3. Renewals & ongoing periods3. 續期及後續週期
Renewal payments and payments after the initial 72-hour window are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed thereafter. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by law.
續期付款及首 72 小時後的付款一般不予退款。當您取消時,訂閱會持續至您已付費的週期結束,其後不再續期。除非法律另有規定,否則我們不會就計費週期內未使用的時間提供部分或按比例退款。
4. How refunds are processed4. 退款的處理方式
Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
付款及退款由我們的分銷商及登記商戶 Paddle.com 處理。已批准的退款會退回您原本的付款方式,一般於 5 至 10 個工作天內完成,實際時間視乎您的銀行或發卡機構而定。
5. How to request a refund5. 如何申請退款
To request a refund, email hello@soyes.ai from the address associated with your account, with your order or invoice reference and a brief reason. You may also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at purchase.
如欲申請退款,請以您帳戶相關的電郵地址發送電郵至 hello@soyes.ai,並附上您的訂單或發票編號及簡短原因。您亦可透過購買時收到的收據電郵直接聯絡 Paddle。
6. Exceptions6. 例外情況
Refunds may not be available where there has been a breach of our Terms and Conditions, abuse of the money-back guarantee, or fraudulent activity. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country are not affected by this policy.
若出現違反我們服務條款、濫用退款保證或欺詐行為的情況,可能無法提供退款。本政策不影響您所在國家/地區法定的強制性消費者保障權利。
