Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please download anything you want to keep before you send the request.

2. How it works2. 處理方式
Nothing is deleted the moment you send the form. Our team first checks that the request comes from the shop owner — we contact the owner on file before deleting anything — then deletes the account and confirms by email. Every request is completed within 30 days.
提交表格後不會即時刪除任何資料。我們的團隊會先核實要求確實來自店主（刪除前會聯絡帳戶登記的店主），然後刪除帳戶並以電郵確認。所有要求均會在 30 日內完成。
3. Cancel your subscription first3. 請先取消訂閱
If your shop has an active paid subscription, please cancel it first in your dashboard under Billing, so that you are not charged again. If you cannot, say so in the form and we will cancel it before deleting the account.
如你的商店仍有生效中的付費訂閱，請先在管理後台的「帳單」取消，以免再被收費。如無法自行取消，請在表格內註明，我們會在刪除帳戶前代為取消。
4. What we may keep4. 我們可能保留的資料
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records (payments are handled by Paddle), and only for as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
